Yes! We ship worldwide

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping to All Countries.

We use a variety of carriers to ensure that items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate carrier, depending on the package weight and delivery location.

PetUltras works closely with manufacturers and warehouses from all over the world to source and curates the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you.
This way, you don’t have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas…think of us as a one-stop-shop destination for the most popular products.

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing starts the moment that you receive your order confirmation email. We expedite orders whenever possible.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States (5-8 Business days)
Canada, Europe (8-12 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-14 Business days)
Mexico, Central America, South America (15-20 Business days)

As soon the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email.
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.
Sometimes the tracking says “no information available at the moment” and this is normal because the tracking have a status “Label Created”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product.

Orders & Returns

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by an exchange or refund.

Please contact us first to ask about returning your item.

Usually, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know about your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
